We understand that sometimes swimmers aren't ready to enter the pool or a change in plans may occur. Our Refund Policy is as follows:

Summer Session (SAAA)

Before first day of practice (4/6/26): All but $25 per swimmer

Before end of second week of practice (4/17/26): All but $65

Before Red-Black meet (May 26, 2026): 50%

After May 26, 2026:  0%

Pre-Season Training Session 

• Before first practice of the month: 100% refund minus $10 service fee
• Before end of first week of the month: 50% refund
• Second week of the month: no refund
