Tue May 30 2023	Red/Black Meet Highland Vista Pool Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 4:30 PM End: 10:00 PM The Red/Black meet is a "mock" swim meet that gives swimmers an opportunity to compete individually against their peers in a fun environment and to prepare for competition. The Red/Black meet will run like a real meet so that swimmers and new families will better know what to expect when our first real meet comes later in the week. Please keep in mind this is a learning experience for everyone, and while we are doing our best to make sure it runs smoothly, there may be some bumps along the way. Meet begins at 6:00pm. Swimmers are to arrive at the pool at 4:30pm for 4:45pm dryland warm-up. We will likely start the meet earlier than 6pm if everything is in place. Results
Sat Apr 29 2023	Stroke and Turn Training Murphy-Wilmot Library Meeting Room Start: 10:15 AM End: 12:00 PM For those interested in the Stroke and Turn Judge volunteer position this season, please see below: 2023 SAAA Stroke and Turn Training (East Side) Date/Time: April 29th, 10:15am to 12pm Location: Murphy-Wilmot Library - Small Meeting Room - 530 N Wilmot Rd, Tucson, AZ 85711 Join us for SAAA Stroke and Turn Judge training! Whether you're new to officiating, curious about how swimming rules affect your swimmer, or an experienced official who would like a rules refresher, we'd love to see you. This training is required by SAAA before you officiate at swim meets as a Stroke and Turn Judge. The course is open to all parents/guardians and volunteers for swim teams in the Southern Arizona Aquatics Association.
